LYAL Shoes started with a stubborn idea: that a pair made in Pakistan could stand beside anything imported, at a price that makes sense here. We’re new, and we’d rather say so than invent a history. What we do have is a method. Hides come from tanneries we’ve walked through ourselves. Panels are cut by hand around the natural stretch of the leather, so the shoe flexes where your foot does. Every pair passes through the same steps, some of them judged by eye rather than machine, before a maker presses their initials into the tongue lining and closes the box.
